Churches of Christ are independent bodies governed only by the New Testament, found in the Bible.  Because the Bible is accepted as the inspired Word of God in all its parts, everything we do is done because of our commitment to the authority of Jesus and our desire to recreate in our time the church as He established it through the Apostles.
The church of Christ is a group of people who seek  to honor God by honoring His Word, the Bible.  From the youngest Bible class to the oldest, it is the Bible that is studied and applied to everyday life.  You will hear Bible-based sermons from our pulpit, not "speeches" on political or social issues of the day.
