   Getting Connected
Relationships are important. The truth is, none of us get to where we are going all by ourselves.  In fact, relationships are crucial to ongoing spiritual formation. They provide all the elements for spiritual growth, like support, encouragement, prayer, fellowship, learning from God’s Word, and discipleship.  In a relational environment, people are enabled to experience true community and spiritual care. If you are interested in understanding what a relationship with Jesus looks like, or would like a personal visit by our minister, feel free to contact him.

 Discover Your Purpose
At the Sturgis Church of Christ, you will find believers with a strong faith in God. Too often, well-meaning people believe ideas and claims without any evidence, and in some cases, without any understanding.  Therefore, we strive to not only know what we believe, and we have evidence for why we believe those things.

The purpose of this ministry is to provide you with the “why” of our belief. We offer classes to personally guide you and introduce you to what a relationship with God looks like.

If you have any questions concerning this or know somebody that would be interested in understanding God, please call us. If you are interested in this, or have any questions, please respond by contacting us.

 What to Expect
What can you expect when you worship with us? Our worship can be described as being simple and sincere, for our gathering is simply all about God. We readily admit that we are not a perfect people. However, we happen to have a relationship with Jesus, who allows us to come before God as if we were perfect. We are not concerned about what type of clothes you are wearing, what your religious background is, political stances, or anything like that. We want you to feel welcome and accepted, and would be very grateful if you decided to worship with us.

 Bible Classes
We offer Bible classes to both adults and children. We believe that God wants us to continue growing toward spiritual maturity. Simply put, we are to become like Jesus in the way we think, feel, and act.  A vital tool in this journey is going Bible study.  A person’s faithfulness is not measured by their attendance at services, but it is a reflection of our relationship with God.

We take our teaching opportunity seriously. We spend time training our teachers to instruct and help us with relevant biblical and Christ-centered studies, which encourages spiritual thinking and growth. The goal of our Bible class is not information dissemination. Instead, it is life-change.  Therefore, we view our Bible classes as an opportunity to help us with life.
