Overview

Sturgis Church of Christ is prayerfully seeking a Preacher to lead, teach, and shepherd our congregation. We desire a Christ-centered leader who is committed to biblical preaching, discipleship, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Preach and teach the Word faithfully each week.
• Provide pastoral care and counseling as needed.
• Equip and develop leaders for ministry.
• Collaborate with elders and ministry leaders.
• Support outreach and mission initiatives.

Qualifications

• Personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a mature faith.
• Commitment to Scripture and sound doctrine.
• Strong preaching/teaching and communication skills.
• Experience in pastoral ministry preferred.
• Alignment with the mission and values of Sturgis Church of Christ.
